Rolled oats, almond meal, walnuts.
Walnut is the healthiest of nuts.
It's shaped like a brain for a good reason.
It's your brain nut.
Brazil nuts are great.
You only need two a day to get your selenium.
Now I'm being all nerdy.
Hemp seeds, which are full of protein.
So you don't need to use processed protein powder.
Pepita seeds because they've got great magnesium, potassium in them.
Same with sunflower.
Pumpkin seeds, green pumpkin seeds, pepita seeds.
Then sunflower seeds, shredded coconut for that kind of coastal tropical yum.
Some white chia seeds.
