Um I know uh the totals are a little bit different now, but I know the other day he has had something like 17 hits uh since joining the C, I think is a Thursday's uh Thursday joining the C's, and I think only four of them were for extra bases.
He had 10 hits uh in this past series.
This past week with Spokane and and I I know most listeners, most um most fans know that.
As you go up a level, the pitchers are that much better.
They can locate their stuff that much more.
They can tunnel their secondaries that much better.
Um, maybe it's a bit of a uh a flat bat path uh thing for Jojo.
I mean we have to be happy that he's making contact and he's putting balls in play.
Um and it's just uh uh I I guess the loft.
isn't quite there yet.
I have found to be um in the week that I saw him, and unfortunately he wasn't doing media that week or would have loved to have uh talked to him again after talking with the spring and have more to tell you guys.

But he uh a little passive early in the count.
But he's uh there was one one thing that stood out to me, um, I think the first game that I saw in Vancouver, the Seas had a walk off win, uh courtesy of a Jake Casey home run.
And um
I noticed that uh Jojo had struck out.
He was the previous hitter, uh, to Casey, but on the uh as Casey was approaching the plate, Jojo stopped and talked to him and I think it was basically to let him know um that the uh
The pitcher, I believe they played Tri-City then.
The Tri-City pitcher, a right hand pitcher, was really telegraphing his curve.
A pitch that had nice shape, uh, but his whole body practically torqued as he threw it.
