So rather than saying, oh, this is too much, right?
That's a common phrase that I will hear.
This is too much.
What if I just changed my language?
I was like, ah, this is a lot.
It's just a change of a few words.
But if I'm saying this is too much, I am stating I need to be in overwhelm.
I need to give in and give up because this is too much for me.
But if I can just change my language and be like, whew, like this is a lot, a lot of
still gives me the option of being able to have agency and do something.
So I have become so conscious about the words that I choose in order to help support my body to stay in.
I can do stress.
I no longer want to do overwhelm.

Once we cross that line into overwhelm, there are some other things that we're going to need to do.
The goal is to be able to catch ourselves before we cross that line.
Because then we can pull ourselves back from the ledge.
That line is like a cliff, right?
