I think, dilute truth that's in front of us.

And so it's everyone's responsibility to start talking about, you know, what is happening to the sky in the last few weeks that we've had a new administration.

And what is the safety issue?

Are we safe?

And yes, it is time to start asking the hard questions and demanding the answers.

But we cannot continue to fake as if it's not there and to create our own narrative because of who we like and who we don't like.

So, Don, I've been asked this question before on interviews, and I didn't have a response because it's not true.

I typically don't take up my mind space with things that's not true, like literally.

However, since then, I think I want to make sure that your listeners understand that when DEIA is utilized in hiring and recruiting, it is not a lack of qualifications.

So the idea that someone is not capable or more than capable because of their demographical group is almost insane.

And for me, it's more important to get facts and not utilize sound bites so that you can get a reaction.

And that's what it seems like is happening is just to get sound bites for people to react.

But for me, you have to look again at the data and the facts.

To be honest, DEIA is simply, when we talk about the recruitment and hiring, it's simply casting a wider net for our recruitment and our hiring and bringing more people into the federal workspaces so that we can mirror the American people.

So why would you have, you know, only one demographic group when we're a diverse nation?

So for me, I didn't respond at first, but for me, I believe that it's just a soundbite to get a response.
