On DEI and the claims that you've made, are you saying this crash was somehow caused and the result of diversity hiring?
And what evidence have you seen to support these claims?
I don't know what he's talking about, quite frankly.
It doesn't sound like it's accurate.
But again, a lot of times the way he speaks is very hard to follow.
So I don't think that what he's saying is accurate.
So first of all, let me just put this out here.
I love how you were reading those receipts and even seeing your frustration.
You took a deep breath.
Like, how can I explain this even simpler?
Right.
My immediate response, like I'm sitting here kind of chuckling to myself.
First of all, it's this idea, and I'm not a psychiatrist or psychologist, but I had to take those courses in general education, like most people with a college degree.
It's this idea of suggestive psychology to try to put in folks' mind this absurd ideology that DEIA somehow means you are less qualified.
But here's what I want to say in response is,
Whatever he is saying to me is actually one of the challenges that we have with unconscious and conscious bias and this idea that minorities or people of color are intellectually deficient.
That is what you call discrimination.
That is what you call racist.
And so for me, I'm just I'm a little bit appalled, but it's not a surprise.
