Most people of color and black people have had to do better and do more to get just on the same playing field.

as most people who are non-white.

And so it takes us learning, you know, we can't just have a bachelor's degree and be super successful.

We have to go on to get the master's degree.

And matter of fact, the most educated demographic group in this country is that of a Black woman.

And so for me, when you talk about qualifications and integrity, I think you should turn a mirror and just have them talk to themselves.

Because for me, I'm having a lot of questions here about the integrity and the ethical moral standard of what they're stating.

And again, trying to pin DEIA is equal to black people or black communities.

And that's far from what diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility is and what we did in the Biden-Harris administration.

Doctor, is DEI the new N-word?

What I would say is I don't disagree.

Again, it is evident to me that DEIA for the media or for those who are using it the most, it equals black communities, black hires, black people.

One of the reasons why I always agree to do these interviews is because I want to show and explain that DEIA does not equal one demographical group.

But I don't disagree with it.

I guess they're going to do like King Saul did in the Holy Bible and go get the person to pull the prophet up from the grave, huh?

That's what I'm saying.

Right.
