Sadly, this is the reality.
And again, most people are looking for a soundbite so that it can tickle their ears.
And it, again, supports what they already believe.
This is what we've combated for so many years.
And
To me, it's evident, like stop listening just for a soundbite and listen for truth for just a moment.
And then you will understand and hear exactly what we, again, have been combating, this ideology.
And then, yes, I'm looking at your people communicating to dismantle education, knowing that we have, you know, this lack of context clues and understanding, you know, the unintended consequences of saying things like this.
Sure.
And this is going to be surface level.
But DEIA, of course, diversity could be diversity of thought, diversity of gender, diversity of race, ethnicity.
It could be diversity of religion.
So that's what E is.
E is equity.
In previous lifetimes, we did equal but separate, right?
And so when you think about equality, you had the separate but equal, but that doesn't mean that everything was equal.
So equity is everyone does not need the same cookie cut ideologies or the same needs in order to have an opportunity for success in this country.
So, for instance, I'm sure if you go to Google or I don't know if we're Googling anymore, but if you go to any type of Web browser and put in the.
the browser DEIA picture, you will see a picture of four or five individuals looking over a fence and one person is in a wheelchair, someone else is short.
Well, everybody gets the same size stepping stool.
