Yeah.

First of all, I continue to say that there are unintended consequences of individuals not having a clear understanding of what DEIA is and what DEIA is not.

The narrative that is being promoted around is because the people who are talking the loudest are the ones most heard.

And you are absolutely correct.

To dismantle these programs will render unintended consequences

that will take some time to rebuild them.

So my hope, my suggestion is that everyone take a moment to read the initiatives, the DEIA initiatives, the policies and procedures that were put into place.

It literally was put into place to help the American people.

And here's what I know for sure, that

Most of individuals who reside in the United States of America, most people come under one of those categories in DEIA, literally.

And to be honest, the Black community was probably the one that least benefited from the programs and the initiatives that we did.

As much as we tried, but there was so much pushback, right?

But I'm telling you, the work that we did impacted so many communities, for instance,

With broadband, you have to understand that broadband was an issue we learned about with COVID-19.

Well, with the bipartisan infrastructure law, there was a lot of money, a significant amount of money that was placed into creating rural broadband, Wi-Fi for those communities.

Those are marginalized communities.

So they're part of the category.

We're all human.

I really believe it's important to bring an understanding of what DEIA is and what it is not and how it has positively impacted our communities across the board.
