I recently did a lot of talks in corporate settings.
Four or five percent of people might have ADHD, but everyone interacts with someone with ADHD.
You might be someone's line manager.
You might be married to this person.
One gentleman put their hand up in a talk I was doing the other day and said, my wife and three daughters all have ADHD, so I'm rather invested now.
And actually, he spoke really well about it.
And I think it was very important, the point he was making, is that this knowledge isn't just for people with ADHD.
It's for everyone.
