And we do that through a special compressive garment called a sleeve that ends up keeping the penis on stretch.

It also provides a little bit of compression, helps that hyaluronic acid settle.

And much like with your fat graft, you know, they said, hey, let the fat heal.

We want to let the hyaluronic acid sit longer.

and avoid intercourse for at least 10 days because you actually will start to form a little bit of a surgical capsule around the hyaluronic acid and you can help reduce the risk of migration that way.

And so we do that one treatment, you know, check in with guys, talk on the phone, make sure they're healing up all right.

And then no intercourse for in my practice, I generally recommend 10 days.

And then we see them back at three weeks and then we can do a subsequent treatment at that time.

And then we can look to see how things settled and we can adjust accordingly for subsequent treatments.

Oh, not even that.

I mean, honestly, it's 15 minutes of actual procedure time, you know.

But I mean, that being said, I do this all day, every day.

So, I mean, there's a little bit of bias with that experience.

From the patient's perspective, it's an hour in the door and out the door, but the actual procedure is very straightforward.

Yeah.

You know, I think the thing that makes it a little pricey is just like, it's a lot of filler.

Because if you go to your dermatologist office and you're trying to buy, let's say, a syringe of filler for some, you know, hollowness under your eyes, you know, nasally folds or whatever it is, like you're buying maybe one syringe of filler, if that may be two.

I mean, you know, it's just an order of magnitude difference.

We're using six syringes of filler per treatment.

And so the good news is, is that, you know, we are able to get a bulk discount with that.
