So yes, the twelve hallmarks of aging, wonderful.
You know, we we understand that now, but I think that there are certain commonality
That we can affect in those hallmarks.
And I think the big ones are our metabolic health, inflammation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial health.
Those are all really big words.
But I think the big things is how do we keep our bodies cleaner and not have some of that wear and tear that causes inflammation and oxidative.
Oxidative stress, metabolic health relates to what happens to food after we put it in our mouths.
Do we store it as fat, which becomes this inflammatory organ, or do we use it for energy?
And oxidative stress damages our DNA and causes chronic disease and aging.
So I think those, those are kind of the four things where I feel like we have the most ability to intervene, both with lifestyle,
modifications and with hormones and peptides and supplements.
And, you know, I'm a believer in sort of putting all our resources to use.
So uh I think no peptide, no medication, no supplement will do the heavy lifting that your lifestyle can do.
But some people are burned out.
Some people are living a life that demands so much from them.
They they cannot get up
Exercise even three times a week that they can't and sometimes giving the body some biochemical support to create a little more energy, to reduce cravings for less healthy food, I think can help people get to those lifestyle factors.
So so I'm a believer in both.
You know, we we can use the tools at our disposal and at the same time do our best with what we're given to um
to live the healthiest lives that we can.
