About the hormones that both men and women have.

And for many people in our modern lives, with the demands on our time, with our constant availability and notifications and all these things, cortisol can run quite high.
And that can also affect all the other hormones, your metabolic
Health, your overall well-being.
So I think also as part of the foundation, it's really important for us to intentionally be engaging in some activities that lower cortisol.

But some people like yoga and meditation.
And um, those are really great, you know, cortisol reducers, but it's not for everyone.
And you may need to do an adult coloring book, something that
Just kind of calms your system and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your rest and digest system.
And sleep is really important for that too.
We really can't have a healthy cortisol cycle if we're not getting some restorative sleep.
