It looks delicious.
It's interesting all the language that came to your mind.
Uh-huh.
I feel like you need to lick your tongue.
Yeah, so I think what I find fascinating is the first thing that came to mind was all these delicious and indulgent words, right?
Like luscious, delicious.
And again, I think those are settings of the mind that have been set by forces outside of yourself.
So you've grown up in this environment that's been telling you.
Yeah.
So you love baked goods, but also the baked goods are the luscious, delicious, mouth-watering sensations that you can get.
And that's great.
That's wonderful.
And that's beautiful.
That is actually a mindset of indulgence.
Why does that happen?
A lot of reasons, but one reason is what psychologists call ironic mental brain processing or the white bear effect.
