And so it could be a little bit tricky at the beginning because if you're going to switch things up, your partner might not necessarily think it's a great thing right away.
But our partners really want to please us.
They really want to make us happy.
Our men really have that desire deep inside them that they want to provide for us in whatever way that they can.
They want to protect us.
They want to do things for us.
Even if you're the breadwinner of the house, which I always am, you know, in all of my relationships, our men do want to step up and provide in certain ways.
And so when you are in a relationship, if you feel like you have this very kind of dominant energy and you want to stop being the one that's in charge of all the things and you want to be able to relax in your relationship.
And have someone take care of you because you take care of everyone at work and you take care of the kids and you do all the things.
So you'd really love your partnership to feel like someone's taking care of you.
Then you want to you don't have to have any conversation with your partner.
You want to just start to find the places where you seem to be micromanaging.
So if you notice that every time your partner does something, like as far as household chores or whatever, if you find yourself kind of following up to see if he did it or if you have a critique about how he's done it, I want you to just start noticing if you're doing that.
Because noticing is always the first step, right?
Just notice.
Like, do I kind of follow up to make sure that my husband, you know, made that phone call that we talked about him making?
Do I ever say to him, oh, I actually would have cleaned the counters with this product and not that product.
Like, do you ever do little tiny things like that?
And if so, like, this isn't any shame or blame, but just notice that you do that.
And when you catch yourself doing that,
