Swimming and biking, too, that's offloading.
That I feel like a lot of elderly populations could prescribe that, but that's not really bone loading.
So we want to make sure we're having something that is like loading that bone specifically, especially women have higher rates of bone loss than males.
They're more at risk for osteoporosis.
And also there appears to be more of a rapid loss of bone right around the menopause transition.
And as and that's one of those things where estrogen is directly associated with that.
So that's a big reason for like women specifically or people starting out.
And it's like not like men don't benefit from that too.
Like loading your lower body is good for everybody.
Yes.
So hinge is a deadlift.
And again, that can be elevated.
That can be um something done with a machine that is a deadlift.
Like it doesn't have to be that it could be a hip thrust, it can be a um good morning.
And you know what our idea is.
Yeah, yeah.
Because I don't think they know what those cause people say squat and hinge or push and pull, and no one knows what that means, right?
