And I think since you are an educator in this space, um, you'd probably know that females that go through the diagnosis journey, they often get a garbage diagnosis, as one therapist once told me, it's like a
And it's a bunch of random stuff that doesn't quite make sense, but it is indeed neurodivergence.
So my aut my diagnosis wasn't just straight autism, it was autism and p but in any case, it's enough.
So I'm self-calling it autism and ADHD, but or AUDHC.
But it was honestly the
I think I didn't know what it was gonna be.
It was something that I knew I needed this answer, but I didn't know why I needed it.
And now in reflection, we're going on my first uh my one year anniversary of my diagnosis shortly.
Um, it has meant everything to me um moving forward.
It my life is one million times more clear.
million one million times better because of this diagnosis.
And I'm happy to hopefully my positive attitude towards it will help making make some of the parents that maybe are walking in this journey for the first time a little more confident about what's in store for their kids.
Yeah, and I get that question all the time.
And to be honest, even my own husband, my own mom, I mean, the people who are the safest people to me, my best friend, they still ask that too, and they're not quite sure.
But they know I tend to do things since I am
you know, both autism and ADHD.
