In other words, I had no executive dysfunction issues, but that's because we know now that potentially the um you know the story is that our hormones are the ones that are handling
the executive function aspect is.
So once our hormones go away and perimenopause, it's like ripping a terrible band aid off and a wound just starts gushing that you weren't expecting that you're gonna have this like flood on the floor, you know?
So um
In any case, yeah, I mean I I definitely present more now as autistic than I do as ADHD, which means I'm a little more serious and a little less fun and spontaneous, but it works for me at the age I am now.

We kinda know that
People who are neurodivergent don't exist in a vacuum.
Usually a neurodivergent individual will probably have one or more neurodivergent parents and one or more neurodivergent kids, and may or may not have a neurodivergent spouse.
It might not be the same form, it might be a different form, and how you present in different aspects of your wife, your life, and depending on how supported you are, it's gonna present differently.
