So for me, honestly, it would it came together with the whole religious aspect, which was ending generational trauma, which was something that was important.
So I tackled this from all different sides: nutrition, um, you know, functional medicine, um, psychology, as well as religion, spirituality, um, and just science in order to get there.
One hundred percent because it it's actually the f the most humorous thing now.

Sorry, I live in Hawaii and the grammar is terrible here.
And I used to have perfect grammar and as a matter of fact, it was one of those things that I think it was really a core value in our family was proper grammar.
Like our family is one of those families that would point out grammatical issues.
So I grew up always being very conscious about how I said words and now
I'm messing them up.
