But, anyways, um, yeah, my life is a million times better.
I didn't realize how much I was masking.
And now you gotta get this lens where after you go through the diagnosis, at least for me, my body or my brain at night starts to replay things from my past that I hadn't thought about in 30, 40, 50 years.
And like just things will come back.
you know, a memory.
And I'm and then I process the memory and I process it entirely different because all of a sudden now I'm giving myself grace.
I'm like, dude, so Sally didn't make fun of me because of this.
Sally made fun of me because I said something kind of dumb.
And a lot of stuff of what I said when I was a kid, now an aspect it was very dumb.
You know, I because I did I could I was socially so immature.
You know I I honestly should have been hanging out with seven year olds when I was 10.
You know, like, but my brain, I could read literature that was like for a college student.
So you have someone that's just entirely mismatched.
You know, they're you're being born and intellectually you might be able to read books of you know 10 times your age, and you might be able to do math problems that a high school student does, but you're five, but yet emotionally you're like a two-year-old.
You know, it it just you don't fit in with the world.
And it just once you figure out
that oh that's what's going on.
It's not that I was the R word, you know?
