And so now you say, I can make the time whenever new opportunities come.
And whenever things look good, you say, oh, how would I know if I don't try it out?
Because you have FOMO.
So you will juggle things around on your calendar and try to fit things into your white space.
And you're very uncomfortable with white space on your calendar.
uncomfortable with just sitting and doing nothing because it feels unproductive to you because your intrinsic self-worth is usually validated by what your output is.
And you see the gap in things, the inefficiencies, what could be better, who could be better, and anything around you that could be better.
And if anybody delays your time in any way,
you get really irritated.
You're a master at time, but you're not a master of your energy and your nervous system at this stage.
So this is the stage of the big time freedom, which I was in the sabbatical and I often dropped at this stage, very much so even while traveling.

You feel like you need validation of some sort that you're not enough if you're not producing.
So you got to be always producing or doing something or fill it with something.
Yeah.
Though I used to think meandering in the mall is such a waste of time.
And then after I did a five-hour date with my daughter when she was like one, one and a half, it was like the best memory ever.
Yeah, exactly.
So that you have the calmer nervous system to actually plan to be intentional.
