And I would rather spend hours to go in the grocery store round trip three times a week or whatever.
So that's time manager.
Yeah, yeah, for sure.
And the same happened with my first child too.
I would say my first child was what pushed me to 10x output.
It's because I had to like think about outsourcing.
It was forced to outsource at that time.
Before that, I did a lot of things myself.
But after my first child, I felt like I wasn't meeting my definition of a high performer anymore.
All I did was breastfeeding, pumping, cleaning, sterilizing.
That's all I could do, eating, drinking water.
Yeah, for stage two, again, this applies to family or it can be applied to business.
We've delegated, sometimes people have delegated things to their assistants or their team, but then they will double check their work, triple check their work, or just do it again because of the micromanaging and the lack of sense of wanting control.
So essentially what happens is you're doing things not in your zone of genius, you're moving, you'll have progress, but you're like 50% slower because your focus is split and you're not using leverage.
So stage three is the time creator.
At this stage, now you're using leverage.
You have hired people, you maybe have somebody who does grocery shopping for you in the family domain, or you have teams that helps you in the business domain.
You're using AI, you have automations, you have workflow processes, SOPs, standards operating procedures.
And so now you free up the time.
You have white spaces on your time.
