But yes, I agree.
It gets better with time because when you're younger, also depending on your life stage, of course, your academic stage.
In the younger days, there's been a lot of recommendation, of course, just try everything, do everything because you never know because you have so much time.
Yeah.
It's less consequential for you to say yes, but as you have a family, spouse, aging parents, it's more consequential and we gotta discern more, essentially.
So describe stage five for me.
So stage five is something where you say that all there is this moment now.
Time itself doesn't even exist.
There's no past, there's no future, you're in low state.
So this is the state where we try to access as much as possible.
But we can't live there forever.
This is a state where you have max focus, creativity, energy from business or work.
It's either you're 5Xing your output when you're in slow, or it could be skiing, could be knitting, could be just, I don't know, some people are cleaning and doing dishes.
They could be in slow.
writing, speaking.
There could be quick flow.
There could be flow with your kids when you're playing when time disappears.
And the reason why this stage is so important and we want to live here as much as possible is because towards the end of your life, the moments that you actually remember were timeless.
So that it's not the times where you were like checking the clock at the next thing and the next thing, the scheduled thing.
And you can't stay here forever and flow because you'll forget all of your
