My understanding is that some people can get quite a bit of tightening of the skin and other people, it can be a bit disappointing. But that's the next step. And I'll tell you, Drew, there's a very interesting device right now that makes a lot of sense, but I don't think it's quite ready. Not ready to the point where I would 100% recommend it. And this is called a non-cutting facelift.

Okay, so we talked about minimally invasive surgery where you heat the skin from the inside out. When we do facelift surgeries, and I do facelift surgeries basically one a week, what we're literally doing is cutting out excess skin. So I may cut out, I've got a facelift on Thursday, and I may cut out from her two centimeters of excess skin from each side of her face, okay?

That's two centimeters of skin that normally would be hanging from the neck that is removed from each side that is cut out. And that's essentially why a facelift lifts the face and you get rid of that turkey neck. There is a device called Elacor.

It's like a microneedling pen where they have all these needles that go in the skin, but those needles are hollow and they're attached to a suction device. So every time this hollow needle goes into your skin, it pulls out a tiny micro core of skin.

So the hole inside the needle has suction in it, it pulls out skin when the needle goes into the skin, a hundred times that many little microcords of skin is actually removed. And so it's a way to technically remove skin from the face without creating any scarring because those needles are so small that they may remove a microcord of skin, but they don't leave a visible scar behind.

So it's a really interesting device where now you're using technology, you're literally removing skin from the face without visible scars. That will create a true lift of the face, but it's minimally invasive. You don't scar from it. The issue that I would say right now, Drew, is I've looked at the before and after photos and they're not all that impressive just yet.

And if you watch the procedure being done, it's a pretty bloody procedure. You know, it's... It's not like Morpheus 8. It's not like radiofrequency microneedling where you get it done, use a little bit of numbing cream, you get it done, and you go to dinner with your friends afterwards. This is definitely a bit more.
