And there are some dermatologists who've actually Botoxed half of their face in that nephrotity lift, and then have shown videos of okay, this side has been Botoxed, this side has not been Botoxed. And you can see how the one side looks a little bit lifted. Well, if you go to the comment section of these videos, there's so many people who say they actually like the non Botoxed side better. So
It's a consideration. If you've got some looseness and you don't want to have surgery, you know, those are some things to consider. The Elacor treatment, which is the microcoring device that's, you know, minimally invasive, but it's still invasive. Botox, once again, in that nefertiti lift is an interesting way to create some very mild, what may appear to be kind of a lift of that lower face.

Yeah, there's definitely something to that, you know, and that is something that I did put in my book Younger for Life. The fact that, yes, there are many, many studies that show that exercise can help to improve the overall skin and slow down the whole aging process. You know, I think it's multifactorial.

I don't think that there is a direct link to exercising and let's say the collagen of your skin. But we do know that there's other types of factors that can be involved. I mean, reduction of stress is part of it. Cortisol could be part of it. Really, I think that the question isn't so much does exercise... help you look younger.

The question is, are there certain types of exercises that help more than others? And what I mean by that is there are some people who believe that if you do certain types of exercise, like let's say you're long distance ultra marathoner, is that actually going to be anti-aging for your face and for your skin?

And the answer is maybe not as much as if you are doing weights and yoga, you're doing Pilates, playing tennis and doing things like that, you know, and, and There's a lot of beliefs out there of exactly why people may think about it, but I don't know of any studies that have actually specifically given an actual mechanism of why that works.

I think exercise, like I said, there's so many factors that are involved. I think if you exercise regularly, that can help with inflammation reduction. It can help with reducing your overall toxic load. It can help with so many different things, and that all is going to help with the aging process. NAD exercising is a... is a great natural way to increase your NAD levels.

We do know that NAD is super popular, hot topic in anti-aging, but I think there's a lot to it. And I don't think there's a direct mechanism, at least that I know about, that directly links exercising and skin.
