So if you like tea in the morning or if you like coffee, for me now, I used to drink a lot of decaf coffee and I would put in my decaf coffee. And then I went to the dentist and my dentist is like, you've been drinking a lot of coffee lately and you're getting some staining of your teeth. So now I actually just mix it with hot water and it just tastes like hot water.
