And I think too, I think you'll see too, as you get healthier and healthier for those people who are making these changes is that you'll find that you don't wanna have those foods all the time because they start making you feel kind of crummy.
And I do think that there is a huge segment of the American population who just chronically doesn't feel good, but they don't realize they don't because this is just their natural level of living. They don't know what it feels like to truly feel energetic and healthy because they've never been given that type of a diet and have been on that type of activity and all of that.

Yeah. I mean, it's obvious that that's what happens. And so there aren't studies that I know of that have specifically looked because how do you quantify stress? That's the problem. How do you do a study on somebody who's really stressed and see their aging process. It's just there is no way I know of to actually do that.
