So it's not that it has to be complicated.
And I actually think that the simpler the routine, the better.
But it's doing it and we've got to practice it and it's got to be well established.
Because as you were mentioning earlier on, it's not a case of, oh, we can just go in.
Oh, well, sure, we'll just do that once and then it'll be fine in the penalty situation.
It won't be.
It has to be established in training.
And I think coaches have to try and get creative
about creating those sort of pressure situations in training.
So you would do it as a, listen, I'm not gonna talk to you.
We're gonna have people shouting from the sidelines, like anything that you can do to kind of say, we're doing this as if we're actually in this situation now.
And I think a combination of those factors would really help.
100%.
And when you think about it, you know, probably for the first player, there's less pressure on them.
And one of the things that we know that can work really well, again, really interesting research that's been done, is that when the first couple of players go and they're successful, if they celebrate, so if there's a sense of, yeah, this is great, well done, we know that those positive emotions can pass on to the other team players, right?
So that's why we would encourage, you know, to take that celebration and bring the team in with you on it.
So there's more, there's less of a sense of it's all on me.
And as you said, emphasize that we-ness.
So even just kind of getting into, this is our celebration.
Oh yeah, this is great.
