Why?
Because it's claustrophobia or they've got to travel with it and it's too cumbersome.
So maybe something is a guard to help bring their jaw forward.
is something attainable and easy for that person.
Or maybe someone's already tried that and they say, I don't want to have to wear some plastic thingy on my teeth all the time.
And they may just be someone who wants to be ultimately fixed like the system.
So the engineer aspect you referred to, maybe that's someone who will be open-minded to creating some expansion.
And someone who wants to do that, they probably will say, oh, I probably got some jaw, clicking jaw stuff too.
So they have more than one reason
They are seeking care.

So people who would say when they first make an appointment, why do I have to do this sort of over an hour assessment or exam or certain type of x-ray?
Well, the importance of that is so we can get the right diagnosis.
And many times there might be another issue that you don't think that is related to your pain.
So for instance, you referred to this patient that she came in with blurry vision and she had headaches.
She was tired of doing like Botox for her headaches and she had poor sleep also.
So she didn't want to have to be taking some kind of pill to help her get to sleep and stay asleep.
But when we did her imaging, not only did she have like a small airway and a jaw issue, of course,
