But I start reading books about self-awareness, psychology, addiction, and I was just...

mind blown by these things I had never heard of before and it was like it was just the best experience of my life it was an incredible experience that just set me on an incredible path that 12 years ago now and I haven't looked back since

Yeah, an epiphany, a light bulb moment.

I think what it was, it was awareness.

I became intensely aware.

There was a knowing and a feeling.

I became very interested in Eastern philosophy.

And I love Taoism.

It's like the Tao is the way.

And what they say about the Tao is that if you name it, you lose it.

It can't be named.

If people who say don't know, those who know don't say.

So when I try to describe it verbally, I nearly lose its essence.

I knew that I would never do drugs again.

I felt incredible.

The world glowed is the best way I can describe it.

And an epiphany, whatever it is, but I became aware as well.
