When you feel better, you don't want to get high.

You know, if you feel great and you're going to the gym every day and your friends call and say, hey, we're going to go get drunk tonight, you're going to go, oh, you know, I worked out, I feel good.
I'll have one with you or two with you or three with you, but I'm not going to be up all night drinking with you because I know how I'm going to feel tomorrow.

How do you do it?
You're going to set your alarm for five minutes on your phone and you're going to hit the record button and you're going to talk for five minutes because when you write, it slows things down.
