Or yeah, not too much.
And that's the thing, in an area, back to the question before about the areas of the face where we have to take special care, I think the most difficult area is the area around the mouth to treat well.
And that's off label.
So it's not an approved area to treat in Australia.
So only fairly experienced injectors will tend to treat around the mouth.
And if you're getting a lot of those side effects and complications with being able to speak and smile and all of that, then... Drink, eat.
It's generally placement related because we're not trying to get all those muscles, but it is a difficult area to treat.
It's a great question.
There are so many different factors affecting how long it lasts.
So first of all, there's the product you use.
Different brands are different in different people.
There's the dose you use, which is probably the main one that affects longevity.
The position and depth of the injection, so how and where your injector injects it.
And then there are lots of personal factors that we can't always predict.
But we think metabolism, how much you exercise seem to play a bit of a role.
And then the question about an infrared sauna, it's an interesting one because there's no good evidence either way.
And people think that because you can't heat the product, it needs to be kept in the fridge before you inject it, that if you go in a sauna, it will break it down.
But actually...
Once it's inside your nerve terminal, which happens within hours of having the product, heat shouldn't affect the product at all.
So once it's working, I think if there's any risk with a sauna, it's potentially just in that first couple of days before it fully kicks in.
