And again, I've talked just as much about how it could go badly as how it goes well.
So I think people need to be very mindful about educating themselves.
If you've seen a documentary on the miraculous powers of these things, try to do a Google search for what it looks like when it goes badly as much as you're just looking at where it goes well for people.

I'm not trying to scare people.
I'm just saying there are nuances that are hard to demonstrate even when things are approved in research.
I mean, look at these drugs that we have existing in our current society.
SSRIs or antidepressants get prescribed very frequently with almost very limited discussions about the risks associated with them.
And I'm not faulting the healthcare professionals for that, but we have a tendency to focus on the opportunity and not be really informed about the risks and benefits.
What I would say to people who have access to it, if they're wanting to prepare for psychedelic therapy, is go into therapy.
Start therapy as a preparation process for psychedelic work.
You becoming more familiar with yourself and what it is inside that you block or that you don't connect to through regular therapy pathways.
I understand that's not available to everyone and there are access issues with that.
