So it's been really interesting looking at depression indications versus those for substance use disorders.

And it's been fascinating what I've learned over time, having done this for close to 13 years now and appreciated some of the nuances of what it looks like and how it looks differently.

And then lastly, I'm involved in a study right now for low wellbeing for psilocybin for individuals at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which is still actively recruiting.

What kind of wellbeing?

Low wellbeing.

So not full criteria of depression, but low mood.

Oh, wow.

Yeah.

And that's a study called ENHANCE.

And it's looking at using psilocybin alongside of vagal nerve stimulation to see if it has an impact on how persisting the effects are for individuals.

In Wisconsin, yes.

More broadly, in Oregon and in Colorado, in Oregon, there are wellness centers where you can go and receive psilocybin.

That is a non-clinical model.

So that is essentially they're not doing rigorous clinical intakes.

They're looking for certain profiles of individuals who are more safely able to have that experience.

Those are not licensed mental health providers in some instances.

They're individuals who become certified as facilitators.

But I think the requirement is a high school degree and having gone through the facilitator training program in Oregon, which I believe is close to 200 hours.

Whereas in Colorado, they are exploring a practitioner-based model, which is looking at licensed health practitioners, mental health practitioners, being able to administer psilocybin at what they call healing centers where they get designated by the state to do so.

So those are two other pathways in the United States right now.
