So that's certainly the idea that it's urine or that it's fluid that's in the bladder that then gets stored and released makes sense.

There is some evidence from some small studies that that there's structures that look similar to a prostate on ultrasound next to the urethra or the the P tube of some people.

So so that suggests that perhaps there's there's some form of prostate tissue there.

Um and then there are some small studies that suggest that there's things in the fluid that suggest that it comes from a prostate.

A small amount of research that exists is that it's probably fluid from a a gland that's similar to a prostate that potentially collects in the bladder and then gets expelled.

But I think that's the the best I've got from from looking at the research that's been done.

suppose it's actually quite scary to even think about it.

But pregnancy is different for every person who's pregnant and every pregnancy is different even for the one person.

So the symptoms of pregnancy whilst in popular media there's a lot of kind of you know information about some pretty horrific symptoms of pregnancy but often people can have relatively mild symptoms and not realise.

The other thing I suppose is that when people don't realise that they're pregnant often they're not having periods regularly either because of the birth control that they're using or because they're someone who doesn't have periods regularly so the lack of bleeding might not be a be a signal like it would be for someone who has a period every month.

But, and I suppose the other thing that sort of gets asked is, but how could you not know when your tummy get big?

And it's interesting because I've looked after, I think off the top of my head, about five women who've had similar pregnancies and they didn't all necessarily look big.

So some of them were slim women and some of them were curvier.

And it is very possible to have a baby in there and not notice.

And I think it's something that's hard for people to understand when there's someone who's carried a baby really far out or when they've been around people who've had really obvious pregnancies, but it is something that happens.
