And I used to ask the group, it was parents with their kids, going, who taught who to masturbate?
And it's not something we can talk about with our kids.
I mean, I could never talk to my son about this is how you masturbate.
I don't think that's quite right.
But, of course, we don't learn.
It's trial and error.
And so I think, you know, using the resources like Tan, like me, like the show, you know, being able to have good conversations about how to masturbate in different ways can make it far better.
So just picking up on Joseph's idea that Ted just talked about and what you were just saying, that why did you change?
Why did you move from the shower head to something
were forced to have to find a different
helps.
It was the motivation for wanting to change.
It's really interesting working with people around breath.
Tam was just talking about it.
And, Tam, I don't know, I'm going to assume in your practice you've come across listening to people talk about when they're getting close to orgasm, they'll do a short breath.
which is is great for creating tension greater tension in the pelvic floor area but
it sort of blocks the flow of energy in the body and it's sort of like let's just get that and let it go out and really let it go you
aj i'd start off by focusing on your masturbation um and start using a simple technique of start stop as you're you know getting closer to that point of no return closer to to your orgasm to your ejaculation maybe stopping and doing what i call a genital breath it's a simple technique taking a big deep breath and then as you're breathing out imagine that breath traveling down through your body and out through your genitals
So just doing a gentle breath, helping to relax your pelvic floor muscles, letting that moment pass for a few seconds or 30 or 60 seconds, and then starting again and just slowly retrain your body to last longer.
So that would be the first place that I'd start at AJ.
