having the a finger rubbed over their prostate in a circular motion, rubbed backwards and forwards.
Again, this is something that is very individual and and it takes experimentation.
And so it it's sort of that idea of of being
being a d taking an inquiry approach to prostate play.
Because of course
It could be different on different days, it could be different in different levels of stress because one of the things that that people do is that we hold stress in our pelvic floor region and our pelvic floor muscles tense up.
And so, you know, all of these factors impact on on what we might like.
So I think it's about
Identifying first of all, experimenting, identifying, and then just playing around with the prostate.
