that breath traveling down through their body and out through their anus and feel their anus relax as they do it.
So take a deep breath in that.
And as you breathe agaf.
Imagine that breath traveling down and out through your eight is and it worked, didn't it?

That's a really good tool to to help people relax their their their anus.
And you won't fart generally.
There has to be a fart there already to come out if you're gonna fart while doing that.
Uh if people fart while you're doing core core workouts, that's when you're more likely to fart not through an anus breath.
Can we go back to prostate play now and stop talking about farting?
I'd say no.
Um I have explained.
I'm gonna say pushing on it really hard for an extended period of time has likely to become very uncomfortable for someone.
Um I I don't know that there's necessarily a danger there, but uh again it's it's about being sensible, being gentle.
Um, you know, if you're starting to feel discomfort, if you're starting to particularly if you're feeling pain, but if you're starting to feel discomfort or you're you're starting to feel your anal muscles, your sphincter muscles start starting to t starting to tighten.
Um, maybe it's time to to slow the action down or even take a break from the action.
So yeah, I'm not sure.
I I'd I'd are on the side of caution.
Again, I'm gonna say this is a very individual thing.
