I'm a higher specialist trainee.

I'm working with a guy called Magnus Harrison.

I love Magnus.

I'm working with him.

He's awesome.

I want to be Magnus when I grow up.

And he's a clinical director.

And Mag's a really good friend of mine now.

But he wasn't.

He's just somebody I knew a wee bit.

And at the end of a shift, I said to him, hey, Mag, can I just tell you that I really like the way you run the shop floor.

I like the way you think about stuff.

I don't always agree with you.

but I like the way you think about stuff and I like the way that you articulate.

And he looked me in the eye and I'm not an eye contact holder, not a hugger, not an eye contact holder, okay?

And he looks me in the eye and he keeps my eye contact for over about two seconds, which is way too long for me.
