I'm thinking of a particular instance, but the person who, and it was like the Banshees of Inner Sheeran, kind of the guillotine came down for one half of this friendship who said, I just don't want to be friends anymore kind of thing for their own reasons, obviously.

But the other half really did struggle with their mental health from it because

they loved the friendship.

They didn't want it to end.

It mattered and was important to them.

And there's nothing bad in that.

That's actually a very normal way to feel about a friendship that you valued and had for a long time.

I'd say it took... Well, it has nowhere to go.

A year or two to sort of settle nearly.

And maybe, for all I know, it hasn't fully settled for them.

And I think that lack of a roadmap, that lack of language or words to express it, that we broke up, it doesn't cover it.

But you can't talk about you.

It's very, you know, I often think we can't think without language.

So if we don't have the language, that removes one of our tools to process and deal with something.
