You know, they sort of resolve themselves on their own, but people can also, you know, kind of spiral into, you know, into panic situations if they're really not prepared, if they're really not aware of what they might be facing.

And have options on hand because thermal light regulation is an issue.

Uh, especially, you know, with MDMA and other substances, you know, people can feel both hot and cold at the same time.

So it's like, you know, you have a blanket, but you're sweating, but just give yourself options so that you can, you can be comfortable.

Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of advice out there.

And if you go on forums or social media, you know, people will have various things to say, some much stranger than others.

But, you know, what we look for is, you know, general trends in large numbers of people who have extensive experience.

And, you know, we can see and we can track, you know, is this something that

people generally agree on, uh, you know, or is it something that like one or two people, you know, give you advice on, you know, how to contact the aliens from the star system serious.

Right.

So there are people who have very unusual or specific, uh, you know, pieces of advice.

Uh, but you know, there's a general, there's a general consensus about, you know, set setting and substance, you know, these things that you want to pay attention to and, you know, really, really understand and really prepare yourself.

Prepare your social setting and prepare your physical environment for the experience.

Yeah, well, Ian, be careful.

I mean, certainly be careful.

And I wouldn't recommend just like, oh, you know, you're at a party or at a bar and somebody has these psychedelics and you're curious, so you take them.

You know, so being just completely unprepared in an unprepared environment, it's not necessarily going to be a bad experience, but, you know, it could be unpredictable, right?
