And that then contributes to competence and how the team works together.
And so that comparison, I was actually pleased to see in my dissertation research that it wasn't based on familiarity.

But if you base outcomes off of what I believe the characteristics of a team to be with experience and great tools, that is something that an organization can take, implement, and activate for a safe environment for their patients and for those individuals that work in and around the operating room.

And, you know, as a former chief nursing officer, I see this.
This is broader than just the OR.
It's really across all of health care.
But you see it every day, all day.
There are very few places in a healthcare setting.
I used to say this and then people would chuckle.
The amount of personality that you have in an OR per square foot is not reflected in very many other places within a hospital.
that in and of itself produces a setting that has a tremendous amount of intensity.
Yes.
And so that intensity is managed by different individuals differently.
And that also adds to this challenge in the space that, as you know, sometimes is exhibited differently
with behaviors that are not civil, behaviors that are perceived as bully behaviors.
I look at all of that and say it is an organization's responsibility to build nurse confidence
