Eight o'clock rolls around like something's wrong.

All of a sudden, I knew.

I mean, I knew.

And I walked into the bedroom and he had died in his sleep.

And I remember it so like it was yesterday.

I just remember hitting him like, don't do this to me.

And it was just like that joy.

It was like that Disney ride that everything just free falls.

And I just remember I didn't become depressed, but I remember I could handle no stimulation for a full year after he died.

I couldn't listen to music.

I didn't want any noise.

I didn't want anything.

I just wanted to be still, still so that I could be present for my daughter, give her the love she needed and kind of just figure out

You know, and there was like this, oh my gosh, I don't know what to do.
