Identify bad stressors in your life, meaning activities, behaviors, and thoughts that are not driven by your purpose, that are external to your purpose, that don't have good timelines, that are just taking over your life and you have no control over them.
Literally write them down specifically.
The other side of the paper, write the good stressors.
The activities that you would want to do or you're doing that have meaning for you, that have purpose, that are well-defined, that have clear timelines of victory, write those down specifically.
And your life purpose should be reducing, eliminating, and delegating the negative stress
increasing, empowering, and tooling, and strategizing towards good stress.
At purpose, good stress is activities, behaviors, and thoughts that are driven by your purpose.
Let's just take that one component.
Yes.
Studies have shown that people that were purpose-driven have significant better brain health.
I want to make sure that I demystify the word purpose.
In my case, purpose is neurologic.
Purpose has direction.
