So real life activities are much more meaningful because they serve your purpose.
All of those.
All of those have complexity in them, right?
Right.
But if you're reading,
Read, recite, and rewrite.
That gives another level of complexity.
You just read a book, not a whole book, but a chapter.
Now think about it.
Process it.
Rethink it and rewrite it.
