So to translate, and over on the other side, there's one almond and one nut, and one walnut, I think.
So those aren't designed to be serving sizes.
They're designed to be pictures.
And so the micromanaging that pyramid based on what you're decided you're going to be offended by is really just out of line.
And all the foods are sort of theirs, to your point, for allowing people to pick it.
It's not that every one of those foods gets in every one of your meals.
You know, that's just not.
The more I've looked at the pyramid, the more I like elements of it.
I mean, at the top, basically, it's prioritizing protein and high-fiber foods.
Happen to be vegetables.
I think it's not other... People should note that it's not fruits and vegetables.
It's vegetables.
Vegetables, yeah.
and fruits, higher fiber.
And if you look at the vegetables, if you look at the fruits, it's all the berries at the top.
And as it goes down, it gets to grapes and bananas, lower fiber, higher carbs.
So I think the pyramid actually reflects a lot of the choices that are there.
And then at the bottom, you have the grains.
Those are your last choice based on your calories.
If you're a marathon runner burning 5,000 calories per day, then you probably need a lot of those carbs.
