But I think there's an interesting distinction between somebody sprinkling one gram of protein into popcorn as fairy dust versus using protein to replace carbohydrates for satiety.
Yeah, for a snack.
for a sack.
I think those are two very different things.
And I think you have to kind of look, was it one gram of protein or was it six, seven, eight grams of protein that you replace carbohydrates with?
Those are very different answers.
And most of those are also getting higher fiber.
And they're getting higher fiber.
So you're getting two other components of satiety.
You're getting protein and fiber.
And I wouldn't want anyone coming away thinking that Heather and I in any way are arguing against fiber in the diet.
Anybody ever.
In the history, yeah.
And so we're definitely protein-centric in terms of how you should think about your diet.
But within that, there's a lot of range to what you can make your decision.
And then what does that mean to the rest of the diet?
Cupcake would get to five, but go ahead.
I mean, if the choice is Captain Crunch versus 10-gram Pop-Tart with 10 grams of whey protein, I'll pick that.
It's not a protein issue.
It's a satiety issue.
