Um, but it can have multiple comorbidity.
So at the clinic, for example, you know, we will get a lot of people, the most common one coming in will be um intrusive thoughts of harming others.
Um, typically people they love and uh inappropriate sexual thoughts.
And anything that is really something they hold dear, that's where OCD tends to target.
So when they present, you know, we'll do the confirmation of OCD.
Then we will generally see some other key presentations.
So depression is always in the mix, you know, around 60% of people have depression.
Um and there'll be generally another anxiety disorder there.
Um, depending on the severity, we'll treat the O C D first, then when that remit
you know, we will either see the depression or the anxiety one of those, or sometimes it's the other way round.
They kinda sometimes take turns.
We are seeing a lot more neurodiversity.
Um
And, you know, there's a whole range of reasons for that which are beyond the scope, but
ADHD and O C D is important because

mainly a lot of the time is around um the working memory and the capacity, right?
So people with that comorbidity um are
sometimes harder to organize themselves, to attend sessions, to hold concepts in mind.
