But for example, if you're talking to a person with a dual diagnosis of ADHD and O C D, a big thing is, you know, around university procrastination, you've got to look at is the procrastination the context of OCD?
Is it in the context of ADHD?
One will be around that stimulation, the other one might be more anxiety based.
So a lot of the time
it will be on if you're differentiating neurodiversity O C D, although both are classed in the in the same family, um, there might be an absence of anxiety with ADHD as a causal factor.
You might get anxiety after because they're late for their exams.
That you know, it O C D it'd be more anxiety driven.

Yeah, and it's it's really hard because we have we've got a a new O C D workbook coming out and there's actually an entire chapter on differentials.

um eating disorders, blah blah blah blah.
Yes, you can go, okay, you're gonna look at like these things being different, like the, you know, if you go the fear of fat and blah blah blah blah.
The difficulty with O C D is it's a bit of a pain in the bum in that you will always come back to you have to contextualize.
So it is the teasing apart.
