And then they get to our clinic and go, by the way, you know, I'm afraid I might stab my husband and asleep.

And there's that fear of going to the local GP or going to anyone and saying, Hey, by the way, because then what are they going to do with the information?

Is it child safety or police or whatever?

Yes.

And

You know, while you and I might go, Well, no, that's a bit far-fetched, it's actually not like I've had clients referred to sex therapists, I've had child safety.

And the problem is is that um

It just requires

I would say require specialist training.

And like all universities, we can't do specialist training for everything.

So a lot of the psychologists coming out will get

maybe one, you know, one lecture on it, maybe and they'll probably get a bit more on exposure response prevention.

But by and large coming through, the understanding and actually how to treat it

is is pretty minimal.

And so it really is getting people and then people love it or don't like it.

You don't want to force them into it.

I think it's quite DSM three was definitely in four.

It might have been three or two.

Might have even been earlier.
