I mean, they're great.
I can't get enough of them.
Omega-3, rich foods like salmon and other seafood.
Very good anti-inflammatory without having to take pills or supplements that we don't know work as well.
If you take enough of it.
If you take enough of the icosopentanoic acid.
Yeah.
You burp and your breath is like a fish, yes.
But most people, when they're taking that, they're not taking such high doses so they don't have to worry about it.
But yeah, if you can't get some seafood in your diet or you have some- Or let's say you don't get enough seafood in your diet.
Yeah.
It's not a bad idea if that's, I mean, that's one thing that you can do that is certainly safe.
It's just that it's probably better, the data to support it comes from the diet.
We don't have nearly as much from taking the supplements.
It's possible, but again, we scan data to support it.
So a lot of things are like a nice idea, but show me the data.
And, you know, we just don't have that.
And of course, you know, I'm talking about promoting healthspan.
Maybe some of these things could reduce inflammation a little bit.
And, you know, that may be a good thing.
