That's really true.
And getting 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day is challenging.
You got to go after it.
But that is the recommendation.
And it does help.
There's been strong linkage of that to reducing cancer, particularly colon cancer, but also improving reduction of heart disease.
So fiber is an essential component
anti-inflammatory part of our diet.
And that is something you don't need to worry about getting too much.
Our biggest problem is, as you said, Katie, too little.

And it's even people in their 20s getting.
Olin cancer, breast cancer.
And, you know, these are spikes we've never seen before that are cropped up.
It started well before COVID, but it just keeps going, as you say, and projected to double.
The only thing that I think we can say is, you know, in that whole idea about the immune system and inflammation, our environmental toxins.
like ultra-processed foods and microplastic, nanoplastics, forever chemicals, our exposure to that just keeps growing.
We aren't doing anything with all these non-degradable plastics that are getting distributed throughout our body and have been shown to accelerate heart disease and be linked to dementia and everything else.
Yeah, a spoonful of plastics in our brains.
